How long does delivery take?

Processing is usually 1–2 business days after successful payment authorization. Estimated transit after dispatch is 4–6 business days.

Can an unused product be returned?

Yes. Defective and non-defective merchandise can be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, and exchanges are accepted. Non-defective items must be new and unused. Use the free prepaid label included in the parcel; there is no restocking fee.

When is a refund initiated?

Once approved, a refund is processed and initiated to the original payment method within 10 days. Bank posting can take longer.
