Authorization

Normal processing begins after successful payment authorization and takes about 1–2 business days. A provider may ask for authentication or place a temporary hold.

Payment safety and refunds

Do not send full card credentials by email. Use Contact Us with a non-sensitive order reference for assistance. After approval, a refund is processed and initiated to the original payment method within 10 days, while the issuer may require extra posting time.
