Refund Policy

We accept returns for defective and non-defective merchandise and we accept exchanges. Start the request within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Condition and return method

Items must be new merchandise. A non-defective item must be unused and in its original condition. Returns are sent by mail. A free prepaid return label is included in the parcel, and no restocking fee is charged.

Starting a request

Email maheshpateliya0087@gmail.com with the order number, the checkout email, the reason for the request and useful photographs when the product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete. Follow the return instructions and preserve packaging while the matter is reviewed.

Refund timing

After approval, we process and initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. A bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. Exchanges depend on available inventory. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law preserves.
